State police have announced charges against a Chicago man accused of shooting at a car on the Jane Addams Memorial Tollway (I-90) last month.
Christian Cruz, 24, was charged with aggravated discharge of a firearm after being arrested “without incident,’’ a statement from Illinois State Police said.
