Eloy Jimenez is inching closer to returning to the White Sox.
The left fielder spent last week rehabbing at Triple-A Charlotte. He’s recovering from a high right ankle sprain.
“He’s been doing very well,” Sox manager Rick Renteria said before Sunday’s 5-2 loss to the Blue Jays. “He’ll be here soon.
