Michael Kasper, the 46-year-old CEO of DuPage Medical Group, died by suicide May 4, according to Elmhurst police.
He died by suicide at his home, and police did not find a suicide note, according to an Elmhurst police report obtained by the Tribune through a Freedom of Information Act request....
