Right off the top, there were two reasons Shepard’s Bridget McDermott couldn’t wait to pitch on Tuesday.
“We’re always really pumped when we play Richards,” McDermott said. “It was even more exciting that we had a chance to stay ahead in conference.”
The third reason brought out her biggest smile.
