The city of Yorkville is facing a federal civil lawsuit that alleges three police officers made a wrongful arrest, according to court records.
Terry Mack, of Yorkville, filed suit on April 25 against the city and Yorkville police officers Brendan Heye and Matthew Ketchmark and Sgt. Andrew Jeleniewski.
