An equipment train on the Milwaukee District West line hit a pedestrian Monday morning in Elmwood Park, causing “extensive delays” on the line, according to the commuter rail.
About 7:30 a.m. an incident near Elmwood Park halted both inbound and outbound trains, according to the Metra website....
