A construction worker was expected to survive getting struck by a vehicle Wednesday morning on the Kennedy Expressway, Illinois State Police said.
The man was injured following a two-vehicle crash around 12:50 a.m. on the inbound I-90 near the Cumberland exit, according to a state police spokesman.
