Sugar Grove Village President Sean Michels had a morning recently that was one for the birds.
“I got this e-blast message from this neighborhood posting site Nextdoor.com that the pelicans were back,” Michels said. “They were back at the lake in the Prestbury subdivision and I had to go see them.”
