Cole Hamels became the Cubs’ first starter to throw six innings this spring, although he did get peppered by the Dodgers’ bats Wednesday night.
Hamels was tagged for home runs by A.J. Pollock and Corey Seager as he allowed seven hits and four runs in a 4-4 tie before 16,061 fans at Sloan Park.
