Moderation

  • 4 oz. of juice daily = small juice box
  • Chocolate
  • 1-2 additional items

Good

  • Cheese
  • Milk
  • Fruits & Veggies Water
  • Milk - don`t put children to sleep with a bottle or cup of milk
  • Sugarless Gum
