WAUKESHA -- Firefighters on Tuesday morning, Feb. 19 responded to the scene of house fire near Arcadian Avenue and Cotton Court in Waukesha.
Officials say additional crews were called to scene due to bitterly cold temperatures causing the water to freeze.
