A woman with a concealed carry permit shot and seriously wounded a teen who tried to rob her on the Far South Side Tuesday morning, according to Chicago police.
The teen approached the woman around 5:40 a.m. in the 500 block of West 103rd Street in the Fernwood neighborwood, police said.
