Cook County prosecutors have offered a plea deal in the death of 2-year-old Kyrian Knox, leaving members of the toddler’s family upset over the prospect of a lenient sentence for the man they believe dismembered the boy's body and dumped it in Garfield Park Lagoon in 2015.
