MILWAUKEE — Milwaukee police said a 21-year-old man was shot and killed while in his vehicle near 49th and Villard Tuesday night, Jan. 29.
It happened shortly before 7 p.m.
Police said the victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
No one is in custody in connection with this shooting.
An investigation is ongoing to determine a motive.
