Two women are facing felony prostitution charges after investigations at Highland spas last year.
Xiao Jiao Zhou, 31, of Chicago, and Bond Li, 54, of Highland, were each charged Sunday in Lake Superior Court with promoting prostitution, a level 5 felony, court records show.
