A woman was shot in the ankle as she waited at a bus stop in Humboldt Park early Thursday, according to Chicago police.
Someone in a passing black Honda Civic fired at another car shortly before 4 a.m. and a bullet struck the 32-year-old woman in the 4100 block of West North Avenue, police said....
