A 27-year-old man was shot at close range in the tunnel between two busy downtown CTA stations during rush hour, causing major train delays in the Loop on Thursday afternoon, Chicago police said.
Police officials said the man was likely targeted by someone he knew in the shooting just after 5 p.m....
