Notre Dame added a linebacker to its 2019 recruiting class for the second time in six days with the commitment Monday of four-star prospect J.D. Bertrand.
“I am very excited to announce that I am committed to the University of Notre Dame,” Bertrand, a former Georgia commitment, wrote on Twitter.
