A man in his 20s was found shot to death late Sunday morning in the East Garfield Park neighborhood on the West Side, authorities said.
Officers discovered the man in a vehicle in the 3600 block of West Lexington Street just before 11:20 a.m., police said. He suffered a gunshot wound to the chest.
