A Hobart man who claimed his father injured his head after falling in the shower lived with the 80-year-old he is accused of killing.

Michael Yakubec, 50, was charged Sunday in Lake Superior Court with murder after his father, John Yakubec, died Thursday night at Stroger Hospital in Chicago.
